Prepare for an estimate

Gather the details that affect volume, labor, access, and material handling before you call.

Use this five-part scope

  1. Property: full address, building type, floor, and operating hours.
  2. Material: item groups, counts, weight concerns, and anything restricted or uncertain.
  3. Route: doorways, corners, stairs, elevators, docks, parking, and carry distance.
  4. Timing: deadline, access windows, customer traffic, and other contractors on site.
  5. Approval: the person who can confirm the final load and handle exceptions.

An estimate is not a booking. Final acceptance, availability, and price require direct confirmation.

Start with the scope

Have the item types, approximate volume, property access, and preferred timing ready. A short call can establish the next useful step.
