What to flatten, keep dry, remove, and count before a business cardboard collection. Use the list below to make the first scope conversation specific.
Flatten clean boxes
Break down cartons along their seams and stack them flat. This makes the volume easier to judge and reduces empty space in the load.
Remove mixed packing material
Take out foam, plastic film, food residue, loose straps, and other non-cardboard packing. Wet or heavily soiled boxes should be identified separately.
Keep the stack dry
Store flattened cardboard under cover. Wet fiber is heavier, harder to handle, and may not follow the same recovery path as clean material.
Describe the recurring pattern
For repeat needs, note how many bundles build up in a week or month, where they are stored, and when the loading area is available.
